StarpeerUC UCaaS Platform Starpeer Incident - Issues with Inbound calls

We are currently experiencing issues with inbound calls. The carrier is currently working on the issue and we will keep this page updated on progress.

  • The carrier has corrected the issue and calls are flowing again as expected. The VanBelkum team is placing test calls at this time.

    Starpeer Managed Hosted FreePBX Call Quality issues

    We have been alerted to a issue affecting our primary carrier for our legacy systems. This is causing call quality issues for some customers. Below is a notice from the carrier.

    Audio Degredation causing choppy/one-way audio Investigating - Our engineering team are actively investigating this issue. Feb 23, 2026 - 14:40 UTC

  • The carrier has corrected the issue, and the call quality has been restored.

  • The Carrier has implemented a fix and is currently monitoring the call quality issues.
