Starpeer Incident - Issues with Inbound calls Monday 11th August 2025 10:49:44


We have received a number of calls and emails from customers having issues with inbound calls and some outbound calls not completing or no audio. On investigation we have learned that our primary carrier is having some issues and is actively working on them. We will keep you up to date on their progress. We are working to mitigate outbound call issues with the use of another carrier.

The carrier has confirmed everything is back to fully operational and working as expected.

Since the carrier fix around 1030am. We have placed test calls and observed calls have gone back to normal. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

From the carrier a fix has been put in place, and they are seeing positive results at this time.

Internal and external DNS issues affected the telephony platform services causing major impact on call establishment and affected the 3 RTC products: SIP Trunking Prog.Voice WebRTC (Voice SDK)

SIP Proxy has been stable since 14.28 UTC and we continue to monitor.
